We need medical doctors with the passion to make the world a little better every day, to take on
the multiplicity of tasks in the fields: Pharma, Consumer Care and Animal Health:

Fields of work
In the Pharma division, Bayer offers challenging areas of activity in research, development,
production, drug registration and marketing new active ingredients. You can head international
clinical study teams from our Berlin or Leverkusen sites, you can take part in joint research
projects with colleagues in the USA and Japan or you can manage worldwide market launch campaigns.
In the Animal Health division you can research, develop, produce and market drug products for
agricultural livestock and pets (dog, cat, horse).
There are also opportunities to work as company medical officers.
Required specialist fields
- Medical doctors with expertise and experience in gynecology, radiology, immunology, clinical
pharmacology, internal medicine / oncology
- Medical doctors with double qualification, e.g. Medicine/Biology, Medicine/Chemistry,
Medicine/MBA
- Veterinary practitioners with expertise and experience in biochemistry, physiology,
microbiology or molecular biology, immunology, virology, parasitology.
Personal qualification profile and development
Applicants set themselves apart with good degree grades, because excellent technical and personal
qualifications are important to us. But what we are really looking for are colleagues who combine
quality, performance and commitment and who actively take on responsibility.
Advanced foreign language skills – possibly acquired through studying/working abroad –
facilitate foreign assignments within the Bayer Group.
Career entry is usually “on-the-job” with a fixed area of responsibility. We promote and
support job-rotation in Germany and abroad at a later career stage.
