For these fields of activity, we are seeking university graduates in business administration or economics. Applicants should have a good degree, a high level of specialist knowledge and display great dedication. We also expect them to show flexibility and mobility, good problem-solving ability, strong customer orientation, good management skills and a good knowledge of foreign languages. Some professional experience abroad is also an advantage.

Newly hired economists at Bayer generally perform on-the-job assignments with defined responsibilities. International job rotation may take place later on.
