Our Bayer HealthCare International Development Program gives you an excellent opportunity to build your career in Marketing, Sales and General Management. The two-year program provides practical, diversified experience in a world-class global company with leading brands. Bayer HealthCare IDP participants will work in a variety of marketing and sales initiatives, including taking active roles in the sales process within the field and managing product portfolios in operational marketing functions. Furthermore they will have flexible and strategic project assignments in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Profile

• The passion for a Marketing, Sales and/or General Management career
• A masters degree in business administration (MBA) from a reputable business school; additional scientific knowledge is advantegous
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Fluency in English, further languages are advantegous
• The desire for continuous growth and development
• The will to gain experience in a dynamic program in an innovative and global company
• A high level of international mobility

24 Months Rotation Program
The Rotation Program consists of diversified and challenging assignments in different functions, businesses and regions or countries. The four pillars of the program are: Sales (6-9 months), Operational Marketing (6-9 months), Flexible Assignments (3-6 months) and Strategic Projects/Assignments (3 months).
As an Bayer HealthCare IDP participant, you are assigned a mentor when joining the program. Together with your mentor, you will oversee your development and progress through the entire program. Some selected training and development programs will also be integrated into the Program Curriculum to accelerate your development as it best suites your individual needs.
