A talent for organization and communication? Why not train for a career that helps us keep things in order?
Bayer requires a lot of support to keep the organizational side of its operations under
control. This starts in accounting and ranges from administration to marketing and procurement. If
you have a talent for organization and excellent communication skills, preferably including the
ability to speak a foreign language, we can offer you a wide range of diverse jobs and
international development perspectives.
Combine theory and practice
The main advantage of a commercial/administrative training program at Bayer is that it closely
combines theory with practice. All theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for
subsequent employment are acquired at a state-run or in-house training school. You can gain
additional broad practical experience by working in the company’s specialist departments or
administration offices.
The exams held at the end of the second year of training and the final exams are organized by
the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. If you do exceptionally well in practical and theoretical
training, you have the opportunity to reduce the standard duration of the training period by six
months.
