Profile

• Master/ PhD in Supply Chain/Logisitics with excellent results
• First operational experiences in the field of Supply Chain and Logistics (e.g.through internships)
• First international experience e.g. a period of foreign study 　
• Your strengths include excellent communication skills, commitment, flexibility, an ability to work independently and an aptitude for achieving results in a team
• A high degree of mobility (you are prepared to accept international assignments)
• Excellent English; preferably an additional language

Length, starting point and content of the trainee program

• The 24-month program includes training in Germany and abroad
• The program start is variable
• The program includes training stations in the different parts of the Bayer Supply Chain (see brochure)

After the trainee program
For trainees who successfully complete the program, there are opportunities to take on operational or conceptual tasks in an international, regional or local supply chain management department at a Bayer Group company in Germany or abroad.
