Procurement Trainee Program

Requirements
  • You have graduated in business related studies (business administration, economy, etc.) with a masters or comparable degree (University, FH, BA) preferably with emphasis on pro-curement or supply chain.
  • You are fluent in English and German and preferably a third language.
  • You have preferably made experiences abroad and on a job.
  • You are flexible and have a high degree of mobility for international assignments within the Bayer Group.
  • You are ambitious, have drive and the willingness to take over responsibility.


Length, starting point and content of the trainee program
  • You will be appointed to 5-6 procurement areas and neighboring units of Bayer Materi-alScience and/ or potentially other subgroups around the world.
  • During this time you will not only learn the interesting tasks and processes within the com-pany and gain experience in procurement related topics, but also take over the responsibility for challenging tasks and projects and build up a broad network of colleagues.
  • The program will take 18 months.
