Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy (Diploma / Master's / Ph.D.)
• First experiences in the fields Pharmaceutical Technology, Analytics, Compliance and Manufacturing
• Your strengths include excellent communication skills, commitment, flexibility, an ability to work independently and an aptitude to function as a leadership
• Excellent knowledge of English

Length, starting point and content of the trainee program

• The 24-month program includes training in Germany and abroad, for instance Production, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance
• The program start is variable

After the trainee program
For trainees who successfully complete the program, there are opportunities to make one's career in an international, regional or local environment of Bayer Group Company in Germany or abroad.
