International HR Trainee Program

Requirements

A university degree in economics, the social sciences, psychology or law with a
focus on personnel issues

Initial international experience in the field of human resources (e.g. through
internships)
Profile

Very good university grades; preferably a period of foreign study
-
Your strengths include excellent communication skills, commitment, flexibility, an
ability to work independently and an aptitude for achieving results in a team
-
A high degree of mobility (you are prepared to accept international
assignments)

Excellent German and English; preferably a third language
Length, starting point and content of the trainee program

The 18-month program includes training in
Germany
and abroad

The program starts on April 1

The program includes training stations in the different parts of a modern HR
function
After the trainee program
For trainees who successfully complete the program, there are opportunities to
take on operational or conceptual tasks in an international, regional or local human resources
management department at a Bayer Group company in Germany or abroad.
Type of contract
An 18-month contract with the possibility of obtaining a permanent contract if you successfully
complete the program.
