Requirements

A university or polytechnic degree in economics/business studies with additional scientific skills or a scientific degree with an additional economics/business studies qualification or equivalent (e.g. MBA)

Profile

• Practical international experience (particularly in sales or marketing) during or since completion of studies
• High degree of mobility (permanent willingness to accept foreign assignments)
• A degree course with an international focus, high grades, preferably including a period spent studying or working abroad
• Excellent command of English and a second language fluently, knowledge of German as well as further languages desirable

Duration, start and course content

• Two years training periods in Germany and abroad
• Flexible start
• Job rotation, mainly in sales, marketing and controlling

Employment opportunities at the end of the program
Operational or strategic marketing functions in international, regional or local business management or at headquarters

Contract

Two-year contract with the aim of offering participants a permanent employment contract on successful completion of the program
