Bayer Business Consulting is an established partner for the Bayer Group. We are the preferred partner when it comes to developing and implementing projects relating to strategy, organization and performance optimization.

We have customers in all parts of the Bayer Group around the world, including the subgroups and service companies, performing our services from our base at Bayer’s headquarters in Leverkusen and our offices in Wayne (New Jersey), Pittsburgh, Shanghai and Bejing.

The main difference between us and external management consultancies is that we have deeper insight into the structure of the Bayer Group. We also have an especially close and trustful relationship with our customers and are closely involved in implementing programs and strategies.

Sometimes we compete with external consultancies, but we also often work on projects in collaboration with them. In such cases, each partner plays a different role, contributing specific expertise to ensure the success of the project.
