For entry-level positions as a consultant/senior consultant we’re looking for people with the following qualifications:

• Excellent university degree in economics, engineering or science, preferably with a further qualification such as an MBA or Ph.D.
• Initial work experience gained through vocational training, internships or working while at university.
• Several months’ experience of working/studying abroad.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to work on international assignments.
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a sense of humor
  

For entry-level positions as a project manager we are looking for people with the following qualifications:

• Excellent university degree (B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S.) in economics, engineering or science, preferably with a further qualification such as an MBA or Ph.D.
• You have already started on your career, probably with an external or in-house management consultancy.
• At least six months’ experience of working/studying abroad.
• Proven specialist expertise in an area of relevance to the Bayer Group
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and project management ability
• Strong team spirit and good communication skills
• Persuasiveness
• Willingness to work on international assignments.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Enthusiasm and a sense of humor
