Getting a job with us: qualifications and personality are the deciding factors

If you are interested in working for us, please apply online, remembering to attach all relevant documents (cover letter, resume, certificates and references).

First we will check whether your profile meets our requirements.

If it does, we will invite you to an initial selection day, giving you several interviews so we can find out more about you. We are interested in your analytical skills, problem-solving ability and whether you can work in a team. We will test your skills and suitability using case studies based on typical problems encountered by our consultants in their day-to-day work.

On the basis of two interviews, we will decide whether you have the right skills and personality to work in our team. If so, we will ask you to attend two further interviews on the same day. We will then get in touch with you by phone a short time afterwards. If at this point we still consider you a potential candidate for the position, we will invite you for a concluding interview with the head of our business unit shortly afterwards. We will then inform you of our final decision.
