This program makes sure you get off to a good start at Bayer Business Consulting.

It gives you a wealth of information about your job with us and introduces you to as many of your new colleagues as possible, so you can start building a network.
During the first few months you will be assigned a “buddy” outside the official line management structure to answer your questions and provide advice and assistance as needed.

Fit for success: training & coaching
Our training program includes an extensive range of seminars to help you acquire the necessary specialist knowledge and soft skills. As well as standard seminars, you will attend seminars tailored to your personal development.
Depending on your experience, this program will involve 10-15 days of training a year. Additional in-house training will provide you with consultancy expertise and familiarize you with valuable tools of the trade.
During projects, you will be guided by an experienced consultant acting as project manager. Individual coaching and on-the-job training will give you sound insight into how we work.
